RTW Employment Services Inc is vitally interested in the health and safety of its employees. We are ultimately responsible for the health and safety of employees and must ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken for their protection.
In keeping with this principle, RTW submits the WSIB premium for every contracted employee or team member. Supervisors will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision.
Supervisors must also ensure that equipment is safe and that employees work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
Every employee must protect their own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by the company. It is also the responsibility of the employee to report all unsafe or unhealthy conditions to their supervisor. Employees must receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety.
It is in the best interest of everybody to consider health and safety in every activity. Commitment to health and safety must form an integral part of all levels of our company.
RTW has a fully stocked equipment room for employees. We provide the required equipment for job sites we are assigned to. Equipment includes uniforms, vests, helmets, gloves, safety shoes, glasses, punch clock and basic tools.
